Since 2012, Mr. Robinson has continued his practice of advising and representing clients in corporate, securities, capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions in a boutique practice bearing his name.
Jeff started his career with a medium size New York law firm
Specialized in corporate and securities law, representing underwriters and both public and private companies in connection with equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.
After relocating to South Florida in the 1980’s
Jeff served as the Chairman of the corporate/securities practice group of one of Florida’s oldest and best-known law firms .
During his approximately 20-year tenure at that firm
he represented companies in a multitude of industries - as diverse as apparel manufacturing and licensing, technology, and biotech - guiding them in their growth from early-stage companies to significant players in their respective industries, through private and public capital raises, joint ventures, strategic alliances and merger and acquisition transactions.
