Please note that a $155 administrative fee will be charged for each cancellation where a refund is applicable. If you choose to cancel 60 days before the final payment deadline, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the administrative fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of the final payment deadline are non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of single room accommodations and helps offset the potential increase in trip costs due to a smaller group size. \u00a0It is essential to note that no-shows are considered cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. A grace period of three business days after booking is offered for full refunds in case of cancellations unless it is a last-minute booking. \u00a0(Occasionally, there are special trips that have their own cancellation terms. These will be specified with the pricing on the itinerary.)<\/p><ul><li>Switching Trips: If you wish to transfer from one trip to another, we kindly ask that you do so no later than 121 days prior to departure, and this can only be done once within the calendar year. \u00a0Availability for our forthcoming trips can be viewed online. A minimal fee of $50 will be charged for this alteration.<\/li><li>Airlines &amp; Cruiselines: Please note that each airline maintains its own non-refundable cancellation policy. Cruiselines may also have varying cancellation terms. In rare instances, we will notify you if it impacts your trip.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>TRIP TIPS \u2013 We provide you with the AFS Trip Tips to guarantee a successful vacation experience for you. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended these tips since they encompass vital information about your trip. AFS cannot be held accountable for any missed details in the Trip Tips. These can be located online with the daily itinerary for your journey.
