Augusta native Hammad Sheikh brings over ten years of legal experience in various practice areas. Hammad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Augusta University and a Master in the Study of Law from the University of Georgia. Throughout his Undergraduate and Graduate careers, Hammad worked with several local law firms where he gained intimate knowledge of the legal profession. After graduating with his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina, Hammad returned to Augusta. He worked for the Augusta Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender, which focused on representing indigent clients in criminal defense. In 2021, he returned to private practice, specializing in many practice areas- including property disputes, breach of contracts, and domestic law- before venturing out on his own. In addition to practicing in both Georgia and South Carolina, Hammad remains actively involved in Young Lawyers of Augusta, the Young Professionals Network, the Augusta Bar Association, and the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army.
