The prepping is the most important part of the process to remove all dirt, debris, mold & mildew from surfaces. We scrape and sand all peeling & failing paint & prime all raw wood and raw surfaces. We use high quality silicon caulk to fill all joints & cracks and perform any carpentry repairs needed, then we apply premium Sherwin Williams paint.
