Neighbor’s Property Management was founded by Evan Mood in 2021 after 9 years of developing and perfecting landscaping services from the design work all the way to the install phases. For two years, Evan worked as a Geotechnical Engineer, gaining experience in earthwork practices and procedures. While gaining experience in the construction phase, Evan was blessed to be introduced and trained on the preliminary investigations required for work sites.
